Sometimes I feel the day heavy and dark! Those days I try planning out as many “light-filled” (the opposite of dark) activities and people as possible. I exclude the dark things and people that I have control over… You may need to learn what these are for you. I include daily work on a project that I love doing. Also, add in 30 minutes of walking. Eat well, take all the B vitamins, and get plenty of but not too much sleep. Make a to-do list.
